Fulfillment Fundamentals: Networks 1 Basic This one-hour Online Self-Study introduces users to typical fulfillment strategies and operations companies use for locating their plants and warehouses. It highlights the various types of strategies and when and how each should be used.
Fulfillment Fundamentals: Outcomes 1 Basic This one-hour Online Self-Study introduces key concepts and outcomes of fulfillment operations related to costs, service, and return on investment. The module presents concepts of order cycle times, order accuracy, and measurement—supported by rich examples and case analysis activities. 
Fulfillment Fundamentals: Transportation 2 Basic This Online Self-Study presents information about transportation and its relationship with other fulfillment functions. It also examines the modal choices, network design, tradeoffs, metrics, and technologies used in transportation. The module concludes with a transportation case analysis problem.
Fulfillment Fundamentals: Warehousing 1 Basic This one-hour Online Self-Study introduces you to warehousing functions, design, processes, product handling, and major management issues.  Users will learn principles for designing warehouses, running warehouses, and measuring performance of the operation.
Information Distortion and Demand Management [Premium] 1 Intermediate In this one-hour Expert On Demand presentation, you will review the drivers of information distortion, which result in the Bullwhip Effect in supply chains. You will learn the consequences that demand distortion has on supply chains and key strategies to identify and counter the distortion.
Introduction to Supply Chain 6 Basic This Online Self-Study course builds awareness and basic knowledge of supply chain management concepts and solutions. (An abbreviated version of this course is available in German.)
